Pilates Teaser - Terms & Conditions

• A member of our staff will contact you to finalize your booking after your payment has been received, please allow 1-2 working days. Please make sure your telephone number and e-mail address you provide are current as we need them to contact you to finalize your booking.

• For clients new to the studio the Pilates Teaser is a pre-requisite to ensure the safest and most effective workouts. We recommend the Pilates Teaser to be completed within 3 weeks from the date of the first class. The Pilates Teaser is not transferable, non refundable, and will expire 3 months from the date of purchase.

• Classes are by appointment only.

• A minimum of one class per week is recommended. 

• We require 24 hour's notice for change or cancellation of all classes, otherwise the full fee will apply.

• Advance bookings must be pre-paid.
