        What is Pilates?

Pilates is an integrated system that combines both matwork and equipment exercises. It develops the body uniformly, corrects wrong postures, restores physical vitality, invigorates the mind, and elevates the spirit.

Through our commitment to the ongoing training and development of our teachers, we are able to take the classical Pilates repertoire to a level of depth most people rarely experience.

We are the only studio in Europe to have a Pilates Pass!

 

          So what will regular workouts at The Pilates Room do for you?

        Comfortable workout clothes.

 

        When would I notice results?

 

        In ten sessions you will feel the difference, in 20 you will see the difference and in 30 you will have a new whole body.

        Pilates will become a part of your lifestyle.
