Our
Story
For nearly a decade, we at The Pilates Room have
drawn on our passion for teaching Pilates. Our
experience in working with Master Pilates teachers,
international Pilates organizations, and the
insights learned from researching the Pilates Method
have all contributed to our reputation worldwide.
Educating communities and shaping the Pilates world
is our commitment.
The Pilates Room
was
founded by Deborah Henley and Mario Perez, starting
off in a smaller space and growing into the
beautiful studios that we have to offer today. All
our studios are
fully equipped. Deborah Henley, our Director is accredited
by the Register for Exercise Professionals in the UK
and by The Pilates Method Alliance, USA. We have
equipment from Peak
Pilates, Balanced Body and Stott Pilates.
