Workshops - Terms and Conditions

If you have completed a previous workshop at The Pilates Room you will receive a 10% discount
Please note that these workshops count towards the curricula required by most Pilates Associations i.e. Continuing Professional Education
Deposit and a credit card or debit card number are required to reserve a place
Balance is due one month prior to the scheduled date. If payment has not been received 30 days prior to the start date, your credit card or debit card will be debited with the pending balance
Payments are not transferable, and no refunds will be given
The Pilates Room is not liable for any arrangements made i.e. hotel bookings, airfare tickets
We reserve the right to cancel or change any workshop by giving written or electronic notice to the participants 7 days prior to the scheduled date
